I had such an amazing experience with [name removed by Sirelo] and the guys that took the goods also, so humble so nice.
It was a lot about trust. We paid after the delivery of the goods, we had included in the price 2 people, can say only good words and highly recommend them.

The team of movers were very professional and kind.
The delivery from Bulgaria to France was fast (only 2 days), and every item arrived in perfect condition.
The manager even called me on the day of arrival (which was a Sunday) to notify me that the van would arrive soon.

Movadore helped me move from France to Switzerland last minute, after another agency canceled. [Name removed from Sirelo] was quick to respond, professional and very friendly. I had purchased the silver package. When the movers arrived to pick up my things I was somewhat disappointed to see that the guys had brought only a little bit of bubble wrap (to wrap my large tv and other fragile valuables). Furthermore the two young men were not wearing any masks. I am sure the safety rules were not being followed. They have also carried my boxes, without protection through the rain, despite me letting them know they can't get wet. The drop off in Switzerland was made by two different guys. They were both very friendly, were wearing masks and carefully deposit my things where I told them. Much better crew! Lastly, I was a little disappointed about the cost. The price kept changing and even after an agreement of cost, the final price was higher once more. I believe a little more transparency and communication about the price would have been nice as well, because I went well over budget without really realizing. Both my husband and I have moved many times in our life, and this was by far the most professional. Everything was carefully packed, disassembled, and then reassembled per our wishes. The staff were really polite and helpful, and everything was carried out according to what was promised (and then some!). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to any of my friends or family.

The whole moving process was very well organized and we constantly were in touch with the manager who answered all our questions.
On the day of our moving the crew arrived on time, loaded the truck fast and carefully. All our items arrived undamaged in Amsterdam the next day. We are very happy with the whole experience.

Es war wirklich alles Perfekt! Sehr flexibel, 2 Tage vor Abholung viel mir auf, dass ich doppelt so viel hatte wie angegeben und es wurde sofort ein größerer Wagen organisiert. Die Kommunikation war immer sehr freundlich und die Antwortzeiten waren immer sehr kurz! Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und sehr fleißig. Alles ging sehr schnell und sorgfältig.

Organisation war super, Pünktlichkeit war mäßig. Ankunftszeiten der Fahrzeuge mußte ständig nachgefragt werden. Be- und Entladung etwas chaotisch. Teilweise wurden schwere Kartons auf leichte verladen. Freundliches Personal.

Ich bin seit zwei Wochen in Temeswar, Rumänien.
Der Umzug lief hervorragend von der Planung bis zum Abschluss, ich bin wirklich begeistert. Es war telefonisch immer jemand erreichbar, wenn ich noch Fragen hatte, auch am Samstag.
Das Umzugsteam war hochprofessionell, immer freundlich und hat sehr gut und dazu noch schnell gearbeitet. Sie haben die Möbel sehr pfleglich behandelt und transportiert, trugen diese durch die Treppenhäuser, ohne auch nur einen Kratzer zu hinterlassen. Der Umzug dauerte in Stuttgart von 08.30-15.00 Uhr, die Möbel wurden sorgfältig abgebaut und in Decken und Folie gewickelt und am Sonntag haben sie schon wieder zwischen 15.00-18.30 alles in Temeswar ausgeladen und anschließend die Möbel aufgebaut…
Das Team war immer freundlich, höflich und sie konnten jedes Problem lösen. Ich habe noch nie so einen Umzug erlebt. In Deutschland haben sich einige Leute gewundert, dass ich ein Unternehmen aus Rumänien beauftrage. Eine der besten Entscheidungen meines Lebens. Besonders kundenfreundlich und dienstleistungsorientiert.
Mit dem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis können Anbieter aus Deutschland nicht mithalten, man sollte es aber auch nicht ausnutzen, sondern sich klar machen, wie hart sie arbeiten und einen fairen Preis bezahlen!
Wenn es in ein paar Jahren wieder zurück nach Deutschland geht, werde ich dieses Unternehmen auf jeden Fall wieder beauftragen!
