The team helped us with our international relocation (Bucharest-Vienna). Very helpful staff both for Bucharest upload of boxes, as well as the driver who helped us downloading them in Vienna. Highly recommend them! Ms. Capraru was super professional and coordinated the whole process.

I have worked with Volsped to move my belongings from Romania to France and it went very well. I appreciated the good price, the complete services offered, and the very good communication with them (thank you Diana Capraru). The driver was also nice and the packages arrived in good condition. I have recently worked with Volsped to ship newly bought furniture from Romania to the UK. As a private individual, I was not aware of the complexities of exports/imports procedures, and I was quite worried about how these have changed after Brexit.
Although I have found Volsped through a google search and contacted them via the general contact email address, they responded the very next day and were very patient in explaining the process, procedures and what might be required to ship my goods from Romania. The detailed advice received has positively impressed me, as I did note expect them to be so thorough with an online enquiry.
Needless to say their advice, their availability (phone and email), their guidance and support during the entire process has been impressive and professional. The transport pick up and drop off have been on time and the driver was very accommodating and helped offload some of the items.

We use this transport company to move from the UK back to Romania and they went above and beyond with regards of communication and organisation.
