We needed a relatively last-minute move from Germany to Italy, and several companies quoted us prices that were out of our budget. Movadore provided a much better offer, with only 50% payment needed up front, so we chose them. Cristina, our move coordinator, was very helpful with communication via e-mail, in English, and although our pickup and delivery dates slipped a little bit due to the busy month of January (and likely weather issues in the mountains), we were in our new house by the end of the month--one week, start to finish. Crews on both ends of the shipment were very professional. There was a slight hiccup in that the packing crew in Germany disassembled nearly all furniture but the delivery crew in Italy did not anticipate this. However, the delivery crew quickly found someone skilled at assembling furniture without instructions :) and the entire delivery was complete inside of 8 hours. We would definitely recommend Movadore again.
