What makes your company stand out?

We at Movadore take pride of our customer service level. We are available for our customers 24/7 for any kind of information, inquiry or request. Comparing ourselves to other moving companies, we are always available (including weekends) via email, WhatsApp or phone. Our vans can be traced via GPS, so every customer is able to see at any moment where the moving belongings are traveling. We are always using our own trucks, vans, packing materials and warehouses, never subcontracting jobs.

What is your insurance policy? How do you deal with damaged items?

Our insurance covers 300 eur/m3 of moving goods. Each claim will be handled within 10 working days, so none of our customers will have to wait months to be reimbursed in case of any damages or loss. We know how frustrating is to get to all the insurance bureaucracy, and this is the reason why we have simplified the reimbursement policies for all our customers.

What is the best advice you would give to customers?

Always check the previous reviews of any moving company. Customers shall check payment methods and moving contracts before choosing a moving company. Real pictures with vans/crews and covered destinations are proofs that a moving company is legit.

Everything was perfect, fast, transparent and fluid. From the scheduling to the signing of the contract, the pick up and delivery.

Despite a long route, my furniture was picked up and delivered in a short notice, the communication was easy and on target through what s app.

Would recommend to anyone !

Prices were much lower than other competitors, sometimes by a factor 2.

I honestly don’t have enough words to describe how impeccable the service from Movadore was! From the moment I submitted my moving request from heraklion to dresden, I was contacted almost immediately with a very competitive offer. Although several other companies reached out, Movadore stood out for their excellent pricing, professionalism, and genuinely polite customer service.

What impressed me most was their constant communication and willingness to guide me through every step of the process. Even though I contacted them less than a month before my move, they were incredibly accommodating and managed to arrange both the pickup and delivery on dates that were perfectly convenient for me. All the things arrived in perfect condition and all the driver was very polite and helpful as well!

To sum up, the entire experience was rapid yet smooth, efficient, and stress-free and therefore I highly recommend Movadore to anyone looking for a reliable and high-quality moving company!!!
