What is your insurance policy? How do you deal with damaged items?
We have a 50.000 eur liability insurance on Romania territory.
We can provide also a full insurance also for international door to door services, according with the total declared value of the shipment. The premium insurance may vary from 2.2% - 3.5%.
What is the best advice you would give to customers?

This company moved me from the house in Canada to the apartment in Bucharest, brought my stuff to the seventh floor, agreed to bring it in two installments which gave me time to unpack and even took back my 64 empty boxes and all other packing materials at the end. The handling was gentle enough the whole way so nothing broke, and I had glass, large and small, and a shell collection. I got all the help I could use. Well spent money.
