What is your insurance policy? How do you deal with damaged items?
We have a 50.000 eur liability insurance on Romania territory.
We can provide also a full insurance also for international door to door services, according with the total declared value of the shipment. The premium insurance may vary from 2.2% - 3.5%.
What is the best advice you would give to customers?
We always offer solutions to our customers.

We had one bedroom and another three bedroom apartment that we had to move all furniture. Guys from Premier Moving and Storage helped us with every aspect of the whole project. They used protective sheets and plastic cover for all sensitive furniture. Handle it with great care and repositioned every piece in our new house.
