What is your insurance policy? How do you deal with damaged items?
We have a 50.000 eur liability insurance on Romania territory.
We can provide also a full insurance also for international door to door services, according with the total declared value of the shipment. The premium insurance may vary from 2.2% - 3.5%.
What is the best advice you would give to customers?

The company offers various range of services. I used them in the past to transport packages i prepared and all went perfectly. this time i asked for full packing and unpacking and it was a disaster. On arrival, furnitures scratched, paint removed, depressed, fabrics torn... Some items were even not removed from small furnitures, drawer has been broken during manipulation or transport and i found all my stuff in pieces here and there! Lot of decoration boken, wooden toys exploded... Price was the lowest and i know now why.

The communication with company was very good, the driver was very polite and helpful.
They accept the fact that the invoice was paid by my company, few days after delivery. The delivery was in time and the furniture and personal belongins was transported in very good condition.
