What is your insurance policy? How do you deal with damaged items?
We have a 50.000 eur liability insurance on Romania territory.
We can provide also a full insurance also for international door to door services, according with the total declared value of the shipment. The premium insurance may vary from 2.2% - 3.5%.
What is the best advice you would give to customers?

Foarte atenti la detalii si logistica, inainte de mutarea efectiva am vorbit incontinuu de ce anume trebuie mutat, chit ca se mai adaugau lucruri.
Foarte prompti, au venit chiar mai devreme decat vorbisem, ceea ce a fost foarte bine.
Mutarea s-a facut in maxim 3 ore, de la destinatia initiala, cu o oprire la mijloc, pana la destinatia finala, cu tot cu descarcare si aducere in apartament.
Voi mai apela cu incredere!
