What is your insurance policy? How do you deal with damaged items?
We do have our own liability insurance policy as per our terms and conditions from our website, www.rilvan.eu and also we do strongly recommends insurance for a door to door move via our agreed insurance company that is dealing only with moving insurances
What is the best advice you would give to customers?
Try to compare the services you are getting first and choose based on services offered first and choose the most suitable and only then look at the rates / prices received.

i applied for family reunification from them..they guided me well..but after that, its been very poor..you have to coax a reply from them...everyone is busy but when people dont reply even to Whatsapp messages after reading them, that is very very unprofessional!!!

Dear Rilvan responsables, The insurance company that you work with PacGlobalIns pulls you down in cutomer satisfaction point of view. When I checked this company in Google I found 1/5 score evaluation by 10 persons and I added the 11th 1/5 evaluation. There is not any evaluation >1/5. Please take care this feedback

Lost a lot of little item that you normally notice late: Breitling watch box, Herbertz knife, Stenley screwdrivers. They bring 9 packers that spread all over your house so you dont see who's where and doing what.
