I recently moved with Moover Relocations and had a really great experience. Communication was quick, clear, and very professional from the start, which made everything feel much less stressful. The team was flexible, easy to work with, and handled everything carefully and efficiently. Overall, the whole process went smoothly, and I felt I could rely on them the entire time. The planning of the move went sloothly, but on the day of, the moving started 1,5 hours later than agreed and the extra guy we I had paid for, didn’t show up. Then when I asked for a refund for the extra guy, the manager told me I will only get half of it back because the driver did a lot of the carrying himself and that they’d paid him extra because of it - even though I had specifically asked if the driver will help me and was told yes. Luckily I had managed to get a friend to help me and we helped as much as we could - while the driver actually insisted on doing it all himself. I asked the driver about the extra guy and he told me “looks like he’s not coming” and obviously I trusted his word but the manager later told me I should’ve called the manager/assistant because they would’ve told me the guy would’ve been there two hours later (which he wasn’t) and not discuss with the driver. When I received the goods I asked the driver if he was paid extra for having to do it solo and he laughed and said “of course not”. So if you are hiring Moover Romania, according to their view the driver is not going to help you with the carrying of the goods (mind you, my stuff was in a storage unit next to a big elevator that took everything directly in front of the van). I loved the driver, he was amazing, quick and safe, really cared about doing his job well. The management however is only doing this for money.Read more

The moving service was excellent. Everything was very well organized in terms of timing, very easy to communicate, and all of my belongings arrived in perfect condition. The price was also very competitive compared to other companies. Overall, I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them.

I had an excellent experience with Moover for my relocation from Hanau to Constanța. The team was extremely professional, punctual, and very well organized throughout the entire process.
I had many fragile items, including porcelain, crystal objects, and antique furniture, and I was quite worried about them. However, everything arrived in perfect condition. They handled everything with great care and attention to detail.
